We built Vincent & Borough to make those connections easier to find.
We grew up three streets apart from where our first listing sits. Between us we've spent two decades in property and hospitality, and the same thing kept coming up: people didn't just want a floor plan. They wanted to know where to eat on a Tuesday, who to call about a leaking sash window, and what happens on the green in the summer.
So we built one place for all three — homes, events, and the local businesses that hold a neighborhood together.
